Chef Oya's The Trap Seafood - Trap Buttahs

I ordered these Trap Buttahs from Chef Oya's site after hearing for years about her amazing Trap Seafood restaurant that I had yet to visit, and I have yet to be disappointed. These are used in her recipes at the restaurant for mostly fish, but I've used them on fish, chicken, pork, beef.. Anywhere you'd use butter or sauce, these would be great! Check out some of my finished dishes below, and please let me know what you think of her products!

@jlange118 I truly think they'd all be great, but I bet the Sweet Thai Chili would be my first pick!
