Island Curry Butter Mussels & Linguine

It's been a while, but I'm back and hoping to post more often! Today's post is dedicated to these awesome (frozen) mussels I got at Trader Joe's for $2.95! Each bag has two servings in it, so it made for an awesome easy dinner.
And when I say easy, I mean it: I boiled some linguine I had on hand (probably more than two servings, which is evident in the picture), drained it, and tossed it in some of Chef Oya's Island Curry Trap Buttah. I steamed the mussels in a large pan with a bit of the butter as well. I use a large saute pan with a lid to steam the mussels - just drop them in straight out of the bag on a medium heat, let whatever ice has accumulated steam off, put in a bit of the butter, and once the mussels open up, you're good to go!
